Returns Policy

We hope you love your COVE piece, but if it’s not quite right, we offer an easy 30-day return policy — you have up to 30 days from delivery to return your item.

To start a return, email customerservice@covevintage.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns Terms:

• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

• Earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• We offer free UK returns. International return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
